Hotel St. Josef - Zurich

Amazing place with its 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and fantastic restaurant. The staff helped with great dinner recommendations on my first stay, and every visit feels just right. I'm returning for a holiday!

Location; cozy, spacious, clean room.

Breakfast is very scarce, the staff is not very friendly.

Cleanliness, modern facilities, walking distance to shopping area.

Triple room has a small extra bed, not a proper bed

The location is great and they have parking outside. And it's 0.5 miles from Kloten airport.

very simple but also very nice, clean hotel. friendly staff (not all with good English). were willing to change our room upon request with no hassle. Location is just great. 5 mins. walk from the main train station and from the main touristic areas

the hotel has two adjacent buildings. we had a room in the secondary building, and it was the sort of room close topart of the roof. thus the room cieling was very low (we needed to bend) in parts of the room.

The hotel had highly professional staff members. The private parking was on-site, excellent service. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost. Location: the venue was really close to Old Town, Kunsthaus, train station, and tram lines, the bars and restaurants and night life, and Neumarkt...

Good value for Zurich, pleasant room,staff friendly and helpful, convenient location, generous breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay recently! The breakfast was fantastic with a nice variety, and I loved the comfortable room that felt luxurious. Also, the included water throughout the day was a thoughtful touch during the heat wave.

Very accessible to all Zurich attractions, especially the train station. The staff was helpful and the room had everything we were looking for - not glamorous but it met our needs. The breakfast was delicious(very European)and breakfast room/restaurant was quaint. Very clean hotel.

Hard beds and flat pillows - but I don't think this is important to Europeans...Americans like luxury and comfort.

Totally recommend for a flash stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with good breakfast options including excellent coffee. The location was conveniently close to explore the city, just a quick walk to the tram stop.

Everything was as expected.

It provided everything as advertised. Very helpful staff: they went out of their way to provide a lactose-free breakfast for me.

Somehow the blankets did not fit the beds.

This hotel was excellent...it was spotless clean, comfortable, quiet and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The location is ideal to the main station as well as 2 minutes away from all other trams to the other parts of the city or even walking. Really Excellent..I was there on business.
